Craig L. Caldwell, PTGraduate of University of California, San Francisco Physical Therapy program in 1979. Opened Caldwell Physical Therapy in 1983. Valencia High School Grad 1972. Has been working with the Placentia-Yorba Linda high schools providing health care and athletic training services to athletes since 1983. Craig has lived in the Placentia/Yorba Linda area since 1966. Currently resides in Placentia with his wife, Terri, and children, Jennifer, Jessica and Jimmy. He enjoys cycling and golfing
Matthew G. Hertzler, PT, CHT, CSCSMatt is a graduate of the physical therapy program at the University of the Pacific in Stockton. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Chapman University where he played four years of varsity football and was named an Academic All-American. He is a graduate of El Dorado High School 1994. Matt lives with his wife, Kelly in Placentia.
Brian A. Hill, PTA, ATCGraduate of California State University, Fullerton 1990 with a degree in Athletic Training. Has been on staff at Caldwell Physical Therapy since 1990. Served as Head Athletic Trainer at El Dorado High School 1990-1995. Worked with the Anaheim Mighty Ducks Hockey Club as a intern athletic trainer 1993-1996. Currently resides in Corona with his wife, Diane and daughter, Madison. Brian enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, reading and is a sports enthusiast.
Donna DiCiciliaCaldwell Physical Therapy is thrilled to have added Donna as a full-time front office employee in 2008. Donna brings not only years of experience to the clinic, but her pleasant demeanor is a welcoming first impression as patients enter the clinic. Donna and her husband, Mark live in Orange. |
